Chapter 1 finally closed up this week. So now I have written up chapter 2 and it’s halfway done script-wise. Four pages are already inked and ready for scanning and I am going to get some more paper for the next few chapters soon. Also I think I have to get another spiral notebook for my chapter scripts. Cause this book I have currently will only have enough pages for the next four chapters. X_x. So here’s to hoping I get two chapters done starting January 1 2010.
Chapter 2 cover is done. I just don’t think I will remake the cover for the next chapter. It will go up sometime after the new year and hopefully you guys are looking forward to it. Also Decimated Eden is on DrunkDuck and Smackjeeves if you guys have an account with them you can add them to you favorites list. If I can remember my comicgenesis(keenspace) password I’ll probably put it up there as well. Although the setting up on comicgenesis might be an annoyance to me than a privilege. We’ll see what happens. I suppose it’s best to have the comic at other places just in case I forget to pay for my domain or the server bills.
In which I will have to skin up the sites there to make it have a more DE feeling. Anyway hope everyone had a wonderful holiday vacation. Yes this is a belated Happy Holidays thing.

Two more pages until I close Chapter 1 on the site. There are some pages missing to Chapter 1 that isn’t public and I don’t know if I will ever make them public. It’s probably best to put them in to fill in the gaps of the storyline but I don’t think I would do that… just yet.
I am already starting the inking and sketching of the first two pages of Chapter 2. I need to make a chapter image for it. Also I did remake the Chapter 1 cover image. I just need to color it in. I thank all my friends for their support and them helping me through the upgrading on the site and such. As well as being a continuous reader even though I took a HUGE time off working on the manga. Dec 23rd would be the site’s anniversary. About 7 years ago I started this manga on decimatededen.cygnusdreams.com and now it’s on it’s own domain. So hopefully it can continue on and I can get more pages done.
I’m getting my head into it now. I hope.
Ok so like I have everything working as it intended. Now I am going to have to give the site a facelift. Which includes a much more prettier layout. To me it looks kinda cluttered. So I’m going to change the icons cause it’s defaulted Comicpress Icon at the moment and well going to add some nice graphical headers or something. Possibly get rid of Google adsense and go with project wonderful or something. I’m not too sure about the three column thing though makes the site look a little bulky. I suppose I’ll figure something out.
I have updated my computer to Windows 7 and it have to say it does work a lot better. Next step to get a new tablet or more ram. So the update process was a huge pain in the ass cause I had to wipe my harddrive and reinstall everything I needed. So needless to say my Photoshop CS2 didn’t work anymore but the hubby did have Photoshop CS3. I don’t see how he doesn’t like it. There’s nothing that different about it except they added another tool bar. All I have to do is reinstall Microsoft Office and I’ll be set for a while.
The next page of the manga is almost complete. I’ve been working on a new way to do the toning. So eventually this may make me get pages out a little bit faster than usual. My hands are hurting a little bit now and I have no idea why although my left hand middle finger is experiencing throbbing and shooting pains. I have no idea what it is, but I guess I may have to go to the doctor one day and have it checked out. My elbows hurts since I’ve been having my elbow lay on my computer chair’s armrest. I need to not rely on that armrest so much when I use the computer.
As well I’ve been keeping myself busy with some secret santa events that I have to complete drawings for so when I am taking a break from doing the comic pages I am busy working on the secret santa stuff. Or my commissions. Which reminds me I have to get my commission listing set up on this site and figure out how I can make each category have a different theme when people go there. I guess that’s something to figure out after the chapter is closed and I work on the next chapter of the story.
I have painfully taken many many ibuprofen and alot of caffeine type drinks I have completed most of what I wanted on the site. The next page in the manga/comic is coming up and it’s undergoing toning. I have all the pages ready to close Chapter 1. Chapter 2 will start up sometime next year though. I thank all my friends that have been behind me all the way with this.
I’ll be looking for mod soon once we get more people using the forums and such if it’s being used. I just had all these things added to the site that I use to have but now it’s just under one login instead of many millions of it. I know I hate having to log in to different section of the site cause before this script I had three different scripts going on with the previous layout. One running the comic, one running the forum and one running the gallery. It was a pain.
There still some kinks I’m going have to work out with this site. I might get rid of Google adsense. I don’t know. Get rid of it or replace it with something else. Maybe the donation bar has to be added somewhere. Don’t know too much what I want to do now. Except all I know is that I want to get the next pages up soon.

EDIT Seems like I found out that the twitter php fart on the sidebar only happens when Twitter is down or something. That still needs to get fixed.
