So I made a facebook fan page. The badge is over there yonder at the right sidebar if anyone likes to join it. Also this post is testing out if this wordpress addon will post to that fan page. I guess alot of testing to get it work out right. Also I am getting more used to Manga Studio. It’s almost as if it’s Comicworks pumped on steroids. I suppose I can install Comicworks again and try it out again. Well I mean hey I’ve paid for Manga Studio I might as well get the most of the program if I’m going to upgrade it.

I have received my manga paper in the mail yesterday and I am very psyched about using them now. Nice clean paper. I ordered IC Paper though but got Deleter instead. Which I’m not complaining I paid less for these than what was listed so I’m good and happy. It’s paper that I wanted no matter what brand it is. Maybe I did buy Deleter paper. I can’t remember, but hey I have a coupon discount on the next thing I buy from Akadot Retail.
Well I had an internet problem this week and I could’ve had a page up and ready for you but I’m still working on the toning of it. As well there are going to be a few pages that I’m going to put up once I get it done that needs the quick update. Mainly pages that looks like it takes 5 of those pages to show you what’s going on. Might be a 10 min interval update or something I’m not too sure yet. I’m still working the kinks out on it. I also have been using Manga Studio for the toning and stuff and I’m getting use to playing with it.
I’m also going to upgrade to Manga Studio EX soon when I get the go around on it. I have 12 pages sketched out and ink that needs to be toned up. I’ve been at this almost non stop and getting annoyed at myself for bad proportion and joints out of place. Poses don’t look right and I end up erasing and starting over.
So tonight a page will be up for your viewing pleasure.
I have scanned the first 4 pages of the next chapter and imported it Manga Studio. I’m starting to get the hang of this program. Page 1 is almost completed I got to finish the toning and work on the next pages. All the pages are so far inked and paneled out. So I guess I will have alot of updates coming soon and maybe will be seeing the second chapter finished withing two or three months. Maybe. I’m also waiting for the paper I ordered to get in. It should be in next week and that mean I’ll be on a non stop… well I will be drawing alot more pages.
I have also told my husband that I want a Cintiq and if we a decent amount of money from our tax return I want to get it. So if I end up getting a Cintiq that mean quicker and more updates since I will have to cut out the scanning process, and many a few different series.
I’m also going to resize some of the files and pages now cause it looks so big on my screen. Plus I can have it standard size for the Tokyopop manga reader… if I decide to upload it there. So we’ll see.
So I’m going to start putting up pages for Chapter 2. It’s still sporadic and I’m working on the manga whenever I have the big free time. As well I am working on another manga story in the works. Where it will be hosted on cygnusdreams.com. The site is being worked on and I have to make a fancy new layout for it or something. So the Chapter 2 cover image is going to be put up and the next page. Thanks for all the support guys.
I’ve made it so that if you have a facebook account you can login with your facebook. This is probably one less account you need to sign up for since you can connect with facebook. I kinda figured it’s probably the best way to do it, but if you don’t have facebook you can always register the old fashioned way.
There’s still a facebook login but as well there’s also a choice to login with the following accounts. Your LiveID (this is your windows Live, XboxLive, MSNLive account.) Your Twitter account, your Google account, your OpenID account, and your Livejournal account. Why bother sign up for another account when you log on with one you already have. And it will automatically make your new account on the site for you so you can edit it whenever you want. It will use your username to the whatever account you are signing up with.
Hopefully this will be a bit easier. But if you don’t have any of these accounts you can still register the old fashioned way. =D
